Coffee Cheese Cake

COFFEE CHEESE CAKE

Base: Coffee Swiss Roll
Cheese Cake:
500 gm cream cheese
3/4 cawan gula kastor
150 ml susu cair
300 gm cooking chocolate
1 tbsp gelatin*
1/2 cawan air sejuk*
1 tbsp instant coffee

Caranya:

  1. Larutkan dahulu bahan bertanda *. Kemudian panaskan secara double boil. Setelah cair masukkan coffee, tutup api dan kacau rata (jika berketul tapis).
  2. Kemudian cairkan pula coklat juga secara double boil dengan api kecil. Ketepikan.
  3. Pukul cream cheese dan gula hingga kembang dan halus.
  4. Masukkan susu cair, pukul lagi hingga rata.
  5. Masukkan campuran gelatin, dipukul rata.
  6. Akhirnya masukkan coklat cair dan pukul lagi hingga rata dan sebati.
  7. Potong swiss roll dan penuhkan dasar acuan dengannya. Kemudian tuangkan adunan cheese dan dinginkan semalaman.
